Fulton Homes' newest community sells more than 50% of their Homes in the first two months!

Since opening on January 15, Chandler homebuyers have already snapped up over 50 new homes at Fulton Homes' newest community, Monterey Bay at Fulton Ranch in Chandler.

Priced from the $380's, the neighborhood will feature single story luxury homes on large lots with basement options available. Located at Ocotillo Road and Arizona Avenue, Fulton Ranch covers 520 acres and offers a mix of quality, single family homes, elegant custom homes, and luxury, multi-family homes.

Monterey Bay's quick success coincides with current market trends as recently noted by home building expert RL Brown: "Buyers of new homes have become more interested in homes located closer to their employment and less willing to opt for longer commute times than they were in the high demand years, and builders have intensified their search for infill finished lots versus raw land and suburban periphery lots, accelerating the upward price movement of these infill lots."

Fulton Ranch functions like a small town. It is connected by a series of neighborhoods as part of an overall master plan. Residents are greeted by massive water features at the entrances of the community, which features 28 acres of lakes and waterfalls. The heavy sales at Monterey Bay at Fulton Ranch also defy a recent report from The S&P/Case-Shiller, which indicates that the index of home values in 20 cities fell 1.6 percent from November the prior year – the biggest 12-month decrease since December 2009. The report, however, did also indicate that while mounting foreclosures and unemployment were still major concerns, consumer confidence rose more than forecast in January to the highest levels in eight months.
