The Monterey Bay series is a luxury edition of all single level homes with basement options. Each of the six plans offers a 4 Car Garage and all of the homes have either a front courtyard or a center courtyard. All homes feature 10 foot ceilings (main level) granite kitchen countertops, 36" maple cabinets and 8 foot doors. The Carmel is a 3118 square foot great room plan that has an option for a dual master. The Spyglass is 3420 feet in a more traditional setting with living and dining room, and can be expanded to 5100 feet with the addition of a basement and can house up to 8 bedrooms. The Pebble Beach is 3502 feet on the main level and 5157 with the basement and features a huge family room in the center of the home. The Tehama is the largest single level home at 3939 square feet, and is ideal for entertaining. Models include the Spyglass and the Tehama.
One of the most outstanding features at Victoria Estates is the extra large homesite size and optional extra large garages (up to six bays). The minimum homesite is a stunning 120 by 155 feet while several lots surpass the 1/2 acre size.
