Welcome to Geneva Estates
We have lived at Geneva Estates for about a year now, and it’s the perfect community for us. My husband works as an engineer at Motorola which is about 10 minutes away.
Our two sons, Michael 15 and Jason 13, both attend Hamilton High School, which is a mile from our house. They often go right across the street to Paseo Linda Park where they play Frisbee golf and use the archery range. I love the close proximity to Chandler Fashion Center, and often shop Nordstrom and Dillards.
We really like that there are greenbelts that go throughout the neighborhood, and we live in a large two story home that has plenty of room for everyone. All of the stores, restaurants and services are all close by and the location is great. We can get to downtown Phoenix in less than 30 minutes and take in quite a few Suns and Diamondbacks games. We looked at homes in the east side of Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek, but they were just too far out there. At Geneva Estates, almost everything is built out already.
