The Caribbean offers homes from 2400 to over 4000 square feet, with plenty of room for everyone. Check out the St. Maarten where you can have almost 2900 square feet with 5 bedrooms on a single level and you can still have a three car garage. The Cayman is a single level great room plan that is almost 2700 square feet. The Caribbean models at Fulton Ranch include Cayman, St. Maarten, and Antigua.
