Freeman Farms was in the top 50 of all master planned communities in America. They ranked #49 with 215 sales for 2012.
Our family moved into Freeman Farms about six months ago. We love the rural feeling that the community offers but with the Gilbert location we are still close to everything.
The San Tan Mall is just 10 minutes up Greenfield and the Loop 202 makes getting to downtown Phoenix and the airport very easy. I’m a stay at home mom, and my husband Ben works in Tempe, which is about 20 minutes away.
We’ve got five children, Spencer 13, Elizabeth 11, Jacob, 7, Sara 4 and Colin 3, so they keep me pretty busy. On weekends, when we don’t have soccer, basketball, or dance, we use the community parks. The kids love to play on the tot lots, while the older kids are off with their friends. Spencer is really into soccer and the new soccer complex is just a mile to the north. Everyone in the neighborhood really likes living here and there is a great sense of community.

About the Community
