I'm a single mom and was renting an apartment in Gilbert when I discovered that buying at Heritage at Cortina was just about the same as renting.
Now, my son Darren goes to Cortina Elementary, and can walk to and from school. I work as an adjuster for an Insurance Company in Gilbert, so the Cortina location is superb. There are two grocery stores right in the area and lots of restaurants and services.
As a single Mom, safety is important for me and my son, and we have great neighbors here so I'm not worried about anything happening. We bought the Woodland plan which allows us the have a guest room and an office. It's about twice the size of our old apartment and best of all, it's all ours.
