Fulton Homes Wins 2018 Indoor AirPLUS Leader of the Year Award

The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded Tempe-based homebuilder Fulton Homes as the 2018 Indoor AirPLUS Leader of the Year.

Awarded to only one homebuilder in the entire United States, this distinction highlights Fulton Homes' continuing dedication to building safer and healthier homes. In addition to the 2018 Leader of the Year award, Fulton Homes is the only homebuilder in the U.S. to win both the Indoor airPLUS Leader award and Energy Star Partner of the Year award over the past four years.

"Through their deep industry knowledge and grasp of client needs, they have recognized the importance in not only delivering healthier homes, but also educating the public on the importance of indoor air quality. The Indoor airPLUS program helps new home builders improve the quality of indoor air by requiring construction practices and product specifications that minimize exposure to airborne pollutants and contaminants.
